I trained in London for fifteen years, working alongside people from every background imaginable. What that time gave me wasn't just technical skill. It gave me an ear. I learned that what someone asks for and what they actually need are sometimes two different things, and that the distance between the two only closes when you genuinely listen. Every client carries their own relationship with their hair, shaped by their culture, their upbringing, their history. I've learned to hear that too.

That sensibility came back to Seoul with me. A cut should make your mornings easier, not more complicated. And it should feel right for who you are, not just who was sitting in the chair before you.
